Some of the names themselves quietly reveal the story. Amber Absolutely was a respectful nod to the extraordinary work of Christopher Laudamiel. Certain orientals carried whispers of the magnificent worlds created by Christopher Sheldrake for Serge Lutens. The sense of travel and atmosphere found within the Jardin series by Jean-Claude Ellena for Hermès left an indelible mark on how I viewed perfume as storytelling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEven Under Which Rivers Flow and Kolonya were, in many ways, love letters to a bygone era. Perfumes created not for trends, but for beauty. In many ways, I see a reflection of Fort \u0026amp; Manlé within it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNever the largest house.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNever the loudest voice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSimply a small independent perfumery devoted to craftsmanship, moving from flower to flower, gathering the finest materials the world has to offer and transforming them into something meaningful.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor ten years, Fort \u0026amp; Manlé has remained committed to creating perfumes without compromise. Compositions built from exceptional materials, often in quantities and qualities that many larger luxury houses simply cannot justify.
